Tattoos are created by inserting pigment (ink) deep into the skin’s layers via a group of needles attached to an electric tattoo machine with different colored inks. These needles are rapidly injected repeatedly into the skin injecting small droplets of ink with every puncture to create the tattoo. Overtime, the tattoo ink stays in place with minimal or no fading.
